1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the AgentPlanyx website, support email, and AgentPlanyx SMS Help Desk (together, the “Service”). AgentPlanyx is a new, independently operated project based in Japan.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or submit personal information.

2. Information collected

Information you provide

When you use the SMS Help Desk, AgentPlanyx receives your mobile telephone number, your opt-in and opt-out commands, the questions and messages you send, and related conversation history. When you email support, AgentPlanyx receives your email address, message, and any information you choose to include.

Technical information

Website hosting and communications providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, message delivery status, and security or diagnostic logs. The AgentPlanyx website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising.

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the Service.

3. How information is used

AgentPlanyx uses information to:

• operate the SMS Help Desk and respond to questions you initiate;
• send opt-in confirmations and process HELP, STOP, and related commands;
• provide support and respond to privacy or policy requests;
• maintain reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the Service;
• comply with applicable law and enforce the Terms of Service; and
• understand and improve the quality of the Service.

AgentPlanyx does not use SMS enrollment to send marketing or unsolicited messages.

4. SMS privacy and consent

Participation in the SMS Help Desk is voluntary. You opt in by texting START to +1 833-762-4508 and may opt out at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for assistance or email martin@agentplanyx.com.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are used to provide and administer the SMS Help Desk. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not transferred to another business.

AgentPlanyx may disclose information to communications vendors acting as service providers only as necessary to transmit messages, manage consent, prevent abuse, or support the Service. Those providers do not receive permission from AgentPlanyx to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.

5. Sharing and service providers

AgentPlanyx may provide limited information to vendors that perform services on its behalf, including website hosting, email, messaging and communications infrastructure (such as Twilio), security, and technical support. These providers process information under their own contractual and legal obligations and only for the functions they provide.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or maintain the security of the Service. If the Service is reorganized or transferred, information may be included in that transaction subject to applicable law and the commitments in this Policy, including the restrictions on SMS consent.

Because AgentPlanyx operates from Japan and uses international service providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain opt-in and opt-out records, resolve support issues, protect against abuse, and meet legal or operational requirements. Retention periods may differ by information type and provider.

AgentPlanyx uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Your choices and requests

You can stop SMS messages by texting STOP. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing martin@agentplanyx.com. AgentPlanyx may need to verify your request and may retain information when required or permitted by law, including records needed to honor an opt-out.

Your mobile carrier may provide additional tools for blocking or managing messages.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and AgentPlanyx does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact AgentPlanyx so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

9. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated as the Service or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
